Q: Iím planning my wedding reception and will have 150 guests, how much food will I need?
A: There's nothing worse than running out of food at your reception. Never order fewer items than you have guests. If you are serving hors d' oeuvres and are expecting 150 guests, make sure you order at least 150 of them. Don't order 100 thinking that not everyone will take each hors d' oeuvres. For those who pass on an item, someone will take two. If you are serving hors d' oeuvres and dinner, have your hors d' oeuvres passed "butler style". That way, if you run out, the waiters simply quit passing the hors d' oeuvres -- your guest will have dinner shortly. If you're on a budget, don't skimp on the quality food. Select items that fill up the guests but aren't expensive, such as pasta. If you are planning a light meal or hors d' oeuvres reception, let your guests know on the RSVP card. You can say "Hors d' oeuvres Reception Following" or "Light Lunch Following".
Q: Can we pay with a credit card?
A: Yes. We accept Amex over the phone or by fax, and all major credit cards are accepted from our clients who visit our office location at 2401 NE 8th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL. We do not accept personal checks, but we accept corporate checks.
Q: Where do you cater events?
A: We work primarily in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties, but we can accommodate our clients in other locations and also on yachts.

Q: How many people, maximum, can you accommodate?
A: If the event is off the premises, the sky is the limit. We have catered "family style" for clans of well over 500. We've catered "picnic style" for over 1,700 hungry folks.
Q: How many people, minimum, do you accommodate?
A: We cater to you! If you'd like us to prepare food for 1 or 2 people, we'll be there. Call us for that special anniversary night, or that other type of night -- when you just don't feel like cooking.
Q: Do you provide any music?
A: Yes, we coordinate a complete selection of services that includes entertainment, equipment rental, printers, photographers and florists. See our Services section for more information.
Q: Do you provide alcohol?
A: Yes. You can also bring your own beer or wine at certain venues... contact us for more information.
Q: What about other beverages?
A: We can provide an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, teas, juices and sodas, as well as ice and cups for your party. We charge by the bottle for soda, by the bag for ice, and per cup. You also have the option of bringing your own.
Q: What about foods that are not on your menus?
A: We are known for our menu customization. Just tell us your preferences and we will prepare selections that are sure to delight you.
Q: Do you have food for special-needs diets?
A: Yes, we can accommodate prior requests for low-salt, no-sugar, vegan or vegetarian diets... Just ask!
